Wrong Item Delivered

Step 1 – Inform us within 3 days of delivery by calling or emailing with your order ID and clear images of the incorrect product.

Step 2 – Our team will review your request within 48 working hours.

Step 3 – After approval, we will arrange pickup of the incorrect product.

Step 4 – Once the item is received and verified, we will dispatch the correct product or process a refund.

Item Damaged During Transit

Step 1 – Report the damaged item within 3 days of delivery with images and order details.

Step 2 – Our team will review the case within 48 working hours.

Step 3 – After approval, we will arrange pickup of the damaged item.

Step 4 – Once verified, a replacement will be shipped or a refund will be issued.

Return and Replacement Not Applicable

Returns or replacements will not be accepted in the following cases:

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with

Missing original packaging

Requests made after 3 days of delivery

Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping may be available on orders above a minimum cart value.
Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available on eligible orders.
