Wrong Item Delivered – MokoCart

Step 1 – Raise a replacement request within 3 days from the date of delivery by emailing globalaxisexim@gmail.com
or contacting us at 9289833294, along with clear images of the incorrect product and your order ID.

Step 2 – Please allow 48 working hours for our team to review your request.

Step 3 – Upon approval, we will arrange for our courier partner to collect the incorrect product from your location.

Step 4 – If reverse pickup service is not available in your area, we will assist you with an alternative return option.

Step 5 – Once the incorrect product is received and verified, we will ship the correct product (subject to stock availability) or process a refund.

Item Damaged During Transit – MokoCart

Step 2 – Please allow 48 working hours for our team to review the request.

Step 3 – Upon approval, our courier partner will collect the damaged product from your location.

Step 4 – If reverse pickup service is unavailable at your location, we will provide an alternative return solution.

Step 5 – Once the damaged product is received and inspected, we will ship a replacement (subject to stock availability) or process a refund.

Return or Replacement Not Applicable In Following Cases

Returns or replacements will not be accepted in the following cases:

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with

Missing or damaged original packaging

Request raised after 3 days from delivery

Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery

Perishable items that have been consumed

Order Cancellation – MokoCart

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

Shipping Charges – MokoCart

We may offer FREE shipping on orders above a minimum order value (subject to change).

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available on eligible orders.

Shipping charges displayed at checkout will be considered final.

Pricing Information – MokoCart

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing on our website are accurate. However, occasional typographical or technical errors may occur.

The final price of a product is confirmed only after the order is successfully placed.

If a product is listed with an incorrect price or information due to an error, MokoCart reserves the right to cancel or refuse the order unless it has already been shipped.

In such cases, we may contact you for confirmation or cancel the order and notify you accordingly.

An order is considered accepted only once the product is dispatched. Until dispatch, we reserve the right to modify pricing or cancel the order with proper notification.

If payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
